About Bryan Telegin, attorney

Bryan earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School, where he earned his certificate in environmental and natural resources law and was inducted into the Cornelius Honor Society. Before forming Telegin Law PLLC, Bryan was a partner at one of the Puget Sound region’s premier land use and environmental law firms. Throughout his career, Bryan has represented non-profit corporations, environmental organizations, homeowner’s associations and neighborhood groups, and individuals in complex environmental and land use matters. His environmental work includes complex litigation arising under the federal Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, National Environmental Policy Act, and National Forest Management Act in federal district and appellate courts. His land use practice focuses on opposing large-scale development projects in state court, state agency forums (including Washington’s Growth Management Hearings Board, Shorelines Hearings Board, and Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council), and local administrative forums in cities and counties across the State of Washington.

In her free time, Jamie spends time with Bryan and their two kids enjoying the beautiful scenery of Puget Sound where they have lived for the past nine years.
