About Bryan Telegin, PRINCIPAL attorney

Bryan earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School, where he earned his certificate in environmental and natural resources law and was inducted into the Cornelius Honor Society. Before forming Telegin Law PLLC, Bryan was a partner at one of the Puget Sound region’s premier land use and environmental law firms. Throughout his career, Bryan has represented non-profit corporations, environmental organizations, homeowner’s associations and neighborhood groups, and individuals in complex environmental and land use matters. His environmental work includes complex litigation arising under the federal Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, National Environmental Policy Act, and National Forest Management Act in federal district and appellate courts. His land use practice focuses on opposing large-scale development projects in state court, state agency forums (including Washington’s Growth Management Hearings Board, Shorelines Hearings Board, and Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council), and local administrative forums in cities and counties across the State of Washington.

About Abigail McCeney, ASSOCIATE Attorney

Abbie earned her J.D. cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School, with a certificate in environmental and natural resources law. During law school, Abbie interned with the Colorado Attorney General Office’s Natural Resources and Environment Section, externed with Advocates for the West, and clerked with Earthrise Law Center. Abbie has experience working on a variety of cases involving the Clean Water Act, Administrative Procedures Act, National Environmental Policy Act, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, and more. Abbie also served as the Managing Editor of the Environmental Law Review and Project Coordinator for the Northwest Environmental Defense Center’s Clean Water Group.
Before joining Telegin Law, Abbie spent a year in Alaska clerking for the Honorable Yvonne Lamoureux of the Anchorage Superior Court. In her free time, Abbie enjoys cycling, running, skiing, and working on crossword puzzles.

About Jamie Telegin, Office Manager and Legal Assistant

Before joining Telegin Law, Jamie provided legal assistant and administrative skills to several law firms over the past 18 years. While the majority of her work has been in civil litigation support, she has always played an integral role in the administrative side of the firms she worked for, and continues to do so here at Telegin Law. In her free time, Jamie spends time with Bryan and their two kids enjoying the beautiful scenery of Puget Sound where they have lived for the past nine years.
